- 현대무용 전공 대학생의 자기관리가 무용몰입에 미치는 영향 : 지도자멘토링의 매개효과 -
본 연구는 서울, 경기에 재학 중인 현대무용 전공 대학생 180명을 대상으로 2023 9월1일부터 9월 30일까지 약 4주 동안 설문을 실시하였다. 자기관리, 무용몰입, 지도자멘토링의 관계를 규명하고자 SPSS 18.0 통계프로 그램을 활용하여 다중회귀분석, 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석분석결과, 첫째, 자기관리의 몸관리, 훈련관리, 대인관리가 인지몰입에 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 둘째, 몸관리와 대인관리가 행위몰입에 정적영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 매개회귀분석분석결과, 첫째, 훈련관리와 인지몰입, 대인관리와 인지몰입, 행위몰입의 관계에서 역할기능이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 둘째, 훈련관리와 인지몰입, 대인관리와 인지몰입, 행위몰 입의 관계에서 상담기능이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 셋째, 대인관리와 인지몰입, 행위몰입의 관계에서 사회기능이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났고, 넷째, 몸관리와 인지몰입, 행위몰입, 훈련관리와 인지몰입, 대인관 리와 인지몰입, 행위몰입의 관계에서 실기기능이 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. “자기관리 관련 후속연구의 확대”와 “학과차원의 자기관리 측정 및 방향성 제시”를 시사점으로 도출하였다.
The effect of self-management of college students majoring in contemporary dance on dance commitment : The mediating effect of leader mentoring
This study surveyed 180 college students majoring in contemporary dance in Seoul and Gyeonggi for about four weeks from September 1st to September 30th, 2023. Multiple regression analysis and mediated regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 18.0 statistical program. In the relationship between training management and cognitive commitment, role functions were partially mediated, training management and cognitive commitment, interpersonal management and cognitive commitment, and counseling functions were partially mediated in the relationship between interpersonal management and cognitive commitment, behavioral commitment, training management and cognitive commitment, interpersonal management and cognitive commitment, and behavioral commitment were partially mediated. "Expanding follow-up studies related to self-management" and "Measurement of self-management and presentation of directions at the departmental level" were derived as implications.
